I'm in the process of building a cityscape as well. This image (as well as your others) are pretty good. Your doing a lot of things right. What you might try in the future is a low lying fog. As you rise in altitude fog disapears. Try a volume fog gizmo with a soft edge and have it fade out as it goes up. Keep the distance fog as well but lower its density. On hazy days light gets scattered more. Try using softer shadow maps for your sunlight. If your not already, use a skylight for your fill lighting. Your building placement and variations are great. Keep up the good work!
