Nice texture. Main thing I noticed that should probably be fixed is the cross seems to be cutting into his head. Try adjusting the upper neck "side to side" to pull toward his right and then use the head "side to side" to rest his head against the cross.

I agree with the above observation, however, the hand pose and placement is excellent...also the face expression is very good...nice job overall!..
