I like this, the fairy, background the light rays, the simplicity of it. I don't like that blue color on her, it takes away from your picture. I hope you don't mind me saying that. (just personal taste)I can't see her eyes well with that color. Still like the image. :O)

You are right about the eyes Turtle, I messed around with them quite alot but the blue tinge of her skin kept affecting them.
