Description
HAMA . SYRIA
Gigantic wooden waterwheels turn here, scooping up water from the Orontes river and taking it up to the aquaduct running from it.
The noise they made is really specific and called "the song of norias "
The splash in water is the result of a jump from the top of the noria by a young man !
