Today I tried to capture a bee on the lavendar, and this is what I got, I know it's not perfect but it's the closest I've ever gotten to looking in a bee's eye, LOL!!!! I really do admire all the brilliant macro photographers we have here at RR!!!!! it's not easy to do... enjoy...

A very nice macro here Akemi...I must agree with you..I have not had the greatest luck with macro..can't seem to hold the cam steady enough and when I do the subject usually flies off...Well done! Aloha~

I think you did an excellent job! And you are right it isn't easy to capture insects. I'm amazed that I haven't got stung yet trying as I just keep on keepin' on and they just get aggrivated and move on to another flower...so far! LOL! I'm allergic to bee stings, too, so I'm really living on the edge! LOL! What we photographers do to get that darn picture! :0)
