To lessen the pixilation, try uppin your gamma in the 'Render Settings' click Options and change the gamma to 1 or 1.1, then the 'Quality' I usually set mine to the highest as it gets rid of the little lines :) . Excellent beginnings.. Love the colors and it's quite cold and frozen!!!!! (those ideas I got as tips from others who helped me as I'm new as well :))) Lots of luck and it's quite addictive!@!!

I agree with the above advice as this image has the potential to be absolutely stunning in its blue brilliance! That is, if you saved your Terrain and Atmosphere settings for this image.
