Coalition forces strike a suspected terrorist compound high in the Afghan mountains.

And to all Americans who are celebrating July 4th..let's take a moment to recognized the brave men and women who are fighting and risking....and giving..their lives...to defend the freedoms that so
many of us take for granted.

While I support the troops, and also think your artwork as a whole is excellent, this particular piece is not up to your standards. While the background and sky, and mountains etc are very nicely done, the buildings and the fire, not so much. I hope all the votes were more for our troops than the scene, as it is not up to that standard. Again, I looked at your gallery and it is fine work!

well, ranman38, we are all entitled to our opinions...the whole idea here was to create the feel of what our troops go through..not to create buildings,etc, that are superbly done..I never work like that...maybe I should..but, oh well..thnks for stopping by and commenting, tho..I do appreciate that! eryt/rob
