Not long ago Marvel actually did a female version of Captain America for a future timeline story I believe...fab way to celebrate the 4th!!

THIS IS THE BOMB!!!! WOOOO HOOOOO! YES! What an incredible piece of work! You are so on target! Especially with Marvel Comics coming alive at the movies now! Man - I keep looking at it because it's bold, vivid, brilliant and true! The American woman does need to be a superhero - SOMETIMES... Sweet work you've done here! Good use of the icons. I notice a 'panty line'; is this canon? It is, of course, impossible to 'ground' a figure with no ground, and you don't want to stand on the flag - but the foot position still bothers me. Excellent job on the boots; shouldn't the gloves have more the same texture as the boots? They look a little plasticky. (That's Plastic-Icky!)

Captain America actually had a daughter that looked quite like that, with long wavy blonde hair. Her name was something like "Miss Liberty" or something with "Freedom" in the title.
