Description

I called this picture "thinking of Monet" because this was the first thing I did when the photo came out of my camera :-) Monet (November 14, 1840 - December 5, 1926) was a famous French painter who had a passion for nature. He owned a garden in the village of Giverny in which he had many beautiful plants. He used them for his paintings many, many times. In fact this picture has been shot (and so was the previous one of the damselfly) in the Rucphen botanical gardens, one of my favorite places to be. The orange lily in the foreground is Lilium bulbiferum croceum. The yellow flowers in the back ground are Chrysanthemum segetum - Gele ganzebloem - Chrysanth

That is a great picture but I have to disagree with tizjezzme's comment "with the hint of yellow in background" I am sorry but that is not a hint it is more like a sea of yellow....lol
