The greatest Krakowian resided in Vatican from 1978 to 2005. Before having taken over the Holy See as Pope John Paul II, Karol Wojtyla had lived in Krakow for four decades

Bonsoir Michel. Une photo et une statue qui doit re v depuis toujours, certainement encore plus prent que Karol Wojtyla a quittce monde. Mais me sans re catholique, sa mort est avant tout celle d'un grand pacifiste et ne peut donc pas laisser indiffent. Et puis il a eut une vie tr interressante avant de devenir Pape et de prendre une voie tr particulie et diffente. En fait je me suis souvent dit que "l'homme" derrie cette image rayonnante, devait re extrement seul face au poids qu'il avait sur les aules. Au moins lui aussi prent a fini de souffrir et peux enfin vivre en paix ! J'aime la simplicitde ce qui entoure cette statue.
