Description

To make this clear: I did NOT make this. I recieved this in the mail. The only reason I am publishing this here is because I thought it was worthy for two reasons: 1. It's always good to laugh at Been Laid in and the Tally boys. 2. It does, although to a humorous degree, tell of the true plight that women in Afghanistan endure. Sometimes humor can deliever a powerful message in ways straight talk can't. Hopefully someday soon we can put the Taliban Singles Online out of business, so they can join the rest of the world at freedom.org. ^_^

Great pic! I'll show the people at my office today. And you're right, the plight of women by the Taliban is horrindous. I saw a video of a woman dragged out during a soccor (football) game and shot in the head with an AK-47 for commiting adultery. First I was horrified and then I wondered if she even did it and then third, if she did, where's the guy that she did it with?

It almost seems in your comments that you are apologizing, but I for one am grateful that you shared this. It uses a type of "gallows humor" to spotlight a situation that is shameful beyond words. It is so hard to understand how anyone could justify such treatment of fellow human beings; yet this is hardly the only context where people brutally misuse other people. It raises questions far beyond the scope of this context to broach. I do hope that this image causes many think about those questions and what the answers should by all human rights be. Thank you again for sharing.

thank you for posting this. The plight of women and others under the Taliban is deplorable. The wits of the world can shed light on even the most horrific situation through humor and help us all have a deeper understanding.

Hi Mitsukai. However this rendering got here, the important thing is that it's HERE! I like Zorares, saw the smuggled video, and not only was I disgusted with the executions, but another clip showed husbands viciously beating their wives for simply walking too close behind them. These dispicable Taliban have more nerve than 10 toothaches to call Americans 'Infidels'.
