Great shot! I can even imagine my socks getting filled with "stickers" walking through that dried grass. Gotta love that "No Trespassing" sign too.

At first I thought it was a B&W. Then I noticed the bushes were a little green. I think you should up the contrast slightly and go grayscale. I would crop it just a little on the right side. I love shooting old buildings too! I would love to see what the inside looks like!
