A lovely collection of fireworks shots. Sounds like you had a good vantage point too. I was hoping to take some photos, but a spent rocket fell from the sky and whacked me on the head, ending any further photography activities for the evening. Great shots! May I ask what setting you shot these at?

Poor TwoPynts! Great display. I like how you have grouped them together instead of individually.

This was the first time I tried photos of fireworks with this camera, didn't really know what I was doing. The camera has a preset scene mode for fireworks to I set it to that. Looking at the recorded settings is says: ISO 100, F 4.0, Exposure 1/4 second. I had it on a tripod and shot in burst mode, so pretty much kept my finger on the button and took a bunch of shots. I certainly could have set the camera to a faster speed, but I kinda like it showing the movement trails.

Wonderful! I like the 3rd one best, it has the most color! My first time taking fireworks shots too. Alot of them came out fuzzy, but I did manage to catch a few I was happy with. Excellent!
