Yes, it's true. On the internet, I'm a rather dull, mild-mannered digital artist, but in real life, I am actually Superfrog.
"Faster than a speeding dragonfly, stronger than a flathead catfish. Able to leap ten hungry alligators in a single bound. Look! Out in the swamp! It's a bird. It's a boat. It's Superfrog!"

For me, ideas are like butterflies that are flittering around by the dozens. Just grab one and render it, then move on to the next.
BIO:
I began 3D art with Bryce 3 in April 1999. Before that I played with various 2D styles and techniques. Back in the mid-70's and 80's, I worked in metal sculpture and had a line of "frog prints" selling in stores all over Southern California and Arizona. I have been in art in some capacity since childhood. Since the computer came along, I 've pr3etty much lost touch with brushes, pens and pencils which I regret.

With ya Dave....I grew up with all the "fairy tale" seasons. Moved to Jacksonville FL, a northern southern space. No seasons per say...Spring=summer really fast, don't blink. Summer=HOT HOT HOT, RAIN RAIN RAIN. Fall=HOT RAIN AND HURRICANS, don't blink here comes winter...Winter=Hurricans(though they begin mid summer)mild temps, most people wear jackets as the temperature plumets to 70 degrees...lol. No fall foliage. I rememeber as a child in the 60's, California didn't get much rain? Seasons change, and some don't even see it, or know it exists. Thanks Dave! (=

Here in Kansas, we don't have four seasons, we have five: Spring (short), Summer very long, First Autumn, Second Autumn (both way too short), and Winter (a lot shorter than Summer but way longer than Spring or Fall). "First" Autumn is like a normal Fall, but the leaves are more "earth-toned" and muted than brilliant. It lasts about three to four weeks. This is followed by "Second" Autumn which is when all the trees are bare except for the cedars and the cottonwoods, which are a brilliant golden yellow. That usually last a week, but this year it went on for closer to two. I still miss the seasons we had in Michigan, when I was a little boy.

Nicely done!

Those storms were insane dude! Mudslides and floods everywhere! Cool image you've done to illustrate the californian season mystery.

fd, you've outdone yourself again. Fabulous to show the fourth dimension, it's a loop. Whereas, in retrospect and aforethought, due acknowledgment for thinking outside the box always, exemplary here, therefore, a Vote!

Love this one; its very abstract in its own way .
