Description

At sunset in the waves of the Avonne Sea, sailors have seen legend. Born of spray and tide, Oriena is the keeper of Avonnelea's boardering ocean. I had to delete the first image for obvious reasons... so I reworked it. Had to redo parts of the dress and hair to get it to fit right, but I'm glad I redid it. Taught me somethings. Only thing I couldn't get quite right was the lighting on the figure.. but oh well. I am sorry for the repost, I've never had to do one before, but I really felt that this image was a big step forward in my learning, and I wanted to have it documented in my gallery. I also wanted to apologize for my absence lately. I've been around, trying to keep up as much as possible, but despite that I've fallen so incredibly behind. My Nana passed away a little over a week ago, so I've been trying to emotionally deal with that. I wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts when she first became ill. Thank you all for your comments and votes the first time around on this picture. They all mean so much to me. On advice from a friend I'm going to leave comments on again, but I would ask that you please do not vote. I thank you for getting this into the Hot 20 before, but it's been there once and it would not be fair to others for it to be in there again. Well, I loved the image the first time and I love it even more with the reworking! Your skills are absolutely evident with this piece, and it's great to hear you made advancements in learning! I'm ready for my next big step, but I'm not sure what it will be yet! Sorry to hear about your loss, as well. It's not an easy thing to deal with. This piece is absolutely magnificent artwork!!

I love how the dress flows into the waves, a really beautiful and elegant picture. My deepest sympathies for the loss of your nana. That is a really hard thing to deal with and I am so sorry.
