Another great piece of work! I particularly like the way the stairs create a band of lighter color behind them, drawing our eyes into the center of his body -- this is a nice way to re-enforce the POV/camera angle you chose. I also appreciate the light touch on his musculature -- by not making him overly chiseled with super-hard abs, you actually convey a sense of his youthfulness, which actually enhances the expectations of the scene. Is he strong enough to face the dangers here? Is he old enough, experienced enough to prevail? The one thing I would suggest, and it's minor, would be to move the woman just a little to our right (his left). This would pull her head away from the sword, and get her out from behind his axe (she's sexy and I wanna see more of her!). You might even consider a composition where she's on his other side... but I suspect that would cause more composition problems than it would cure. EXCELLENT WORK!
