Description

Finally got around to finishing this! It's been a long and hectic summer so far, and I haven't been able to play around with Bryce and Wings much. The time I have had, I spent working on bits and pieces of this. I'm still not completley satisifed with it, but I didn't know what else to do. I haven't been absent from 'osity -- been looking at the galleries and forums as much as I can... there's some amazing stuff being showcased here! Airship, docks, and buildings modeled in wings. Rendered in Bryce. Thanks for taking a look!

Two questions. Where has she been? & Where is she going? Leave room for great imagination. You could make this into a series, showing other docking locations. I'd be interested in seeing more. Good luck with this. You've got a good start.

Wow. That airship is really something. Awesome piece of modeling! The docks and buildings look pretty cool too. The dusty summer atmosphere is fantastic. The only very minor critique I can think of is the colors of the flags, they seem a bit too bright compared with the sepia tones of the rest of the image. The DOF effect is wonderful, and those cloud wisps are the perfect finishing touch. Awesome!

Brycelicious and full depth to this magnificent Bryce render. Love the Depth of field to this and it adds distance to this picture. The background is perfect, as is the airship. My "V"

everything is fantastic. I particularly think it is excellent that you went to the trouble of making the buildings for the background instead of just landscape or sky. Really adds to the scale of the scene.

Great imagination. In like the composition a lot, too. The way you design your images is unique. Somehow it looks like photographed models. I mean.. the image is very plastic.

Wonderful materials and the models are of course excellent! Only thing I'd do is make the flags and banners more wavey, it seems like that high up in the air there would be lots of wind! The ship model is just outstanding, my friend.
