Description

I decided to scan and/or photograph some of my traditional drawings and other work, just for the heck of it. This was my first scan. This was just a simple exercise in chiaroscuro, but I really enjoyed it, and have always liked the finished image. Graphite on rough paper. I also find it strange how the scan managed to pick up some inconsistant areas in the graphite that really aren't visible to the eye.

OMG... I have almost the exact drawing for my 2nd drawing class... Not many people even know what chiaroscuro means... I guess you have to be an art major... Or Itailan!
