Description

I'm sure most of you know the history of the London bridge and if history and memory from our trip to lake Havasu Arizona serves me well, The bridge was bought by a fellow named Mc Culloch??(spelling)in the late 60's for a bid of 2.4 Million and shipped from London to Arizona in pieces and when they got it all together at the cost of appox)7.2 Million here she would stand in her new home proud and beautiful: Do you remember the song :London bridges falling down"? Well literally that was true she was falling apart in some places and therefore had to be sold to a warmer climate: hope you enjoy also if I have any of my information wrong please don't be shy, thanks for looking hope everyone is well! PS framed in photfiltre no work done but had to resized:

So even bridges need a warmer climate?? Maybe a big electric blanket would have been cheaper? Jez kiddin.. I read a bit about this.. was quite a task.. especially the re-assembly. Anybody got brick #802315? I laid it right here!!! Now bricks just don't walk away.. or do they? Wonder if any graffite survived? John heart Jane.. etc? Cool pic Evie! Hope all's well! Dave :^) V
