Description
At the peak, there are Junipers that are open to exposure to much snow and wind. The breakage and twisting gives them the character that they deserve. Pounded by the summer sun and very little water, they continue to show just how much awe they command. After near 500 years, they are a tribute to beauty and all that life has to offer. I stand humbled.

That is an exquisite photograph. Before I saw the category, I thought it was a fabricated scene. Very, very, impressive work. It also has the whole "March of the Ents" thing going on ;)

What an amazing tree! I think I would have done something to the background to make the tree itself stand out more. This would be a fun one to play with!

I just saw this and Im taken back. The photo is just awesome. I have read about these trees; hard to belive that they take such punishment and still manage to live on and on. And its dedicated to me? Just too much .. Thanks so much my dear friend Rosey :^(k)
