Can someone tell me what can I make to fill this room and/or improve the textures/ lights...Thank a lot.

Sure, one major thing is to have an actual light source, or many if you want. Make a lamp, or torches, or candles in wall sconces or whatever, but for the lighting to look real it needs a "real" source. I dig your pillars, nicely done...

stick in other objects so we can see the relative size. looking good tho.

The pillars are done with 2 opposed spirals, then I merged them together... thank u for your ideas.
