I love blue,so naturally I find this very appealing.And cobalt blue looks wonderful with acid green...but in this case I think it detracts from your pic.It pulls your eye to the edges instead of the image.Hope you don't mind my saying so.Just think it would work much better in this case without such a distraction. :)
