Description
I'm a newbie to Terragen, I hope there are some pros here I know of or can give me helpful advice.. I wish to master this powerful program.
Also this is based on a dream I had, so when I did it from the software, it came out exactly like I had seen in my dream.

Serene and certainly dreamlike :) A lovely image . I think you are doing well with this program, although I couldn't actually make it do what I liked :P I would love to have seen a thumbnail of this ,but my curiosity was peaked bye the title. Excellent design !!~*****~!!

Try some of the links to the various tutorials from the Terragen site. That's how I started to find out how to use the program. And check links in the Terragen Forums. Lots of help there :)

Terragen is powerful, yes but somewhat limited for now. Hardly a pro am I, but know my way around a little. 1st - you can render up to 1280 X 960 on 513 max terrains with the unregistered version. This gives higher resolution to textures. Also you can create texture files. Check some of the ones your version came with and mess with settings. In fact, mess with ALL the settings! There's a lot of 'em. But for good tutorials & such go to Terrasource.net. Welcome and good luck!

Thank you all, you guys are the reason why I've been with renderosity for so long and making friends here as while is what I've always liked doing.
