The lighting looks great. But, the exaggerated Depth of Field suggests that the objects are "toy" sized. Unless you're using a telephoto lense, a daylight scene would have a much longer depth of field then this image suggests.

Aye, forget about the DOF effect. It's not necessary, and is grainy and poorly done as well! But I think the models look great, the texturing's not bad in the parts you can see,and the overall feel is cool. But render it MUCH bigger, and perhaps try some GI lighting?
