The Golden Mile, Durban SA
Why this pic? Durban is the only beach in the world that has a mile stretch of golden beach sand. What is golden beach sand? It is really fine soft sands that is a joy to walk on, play in or sit on. It isn't hard and course like Reef sand (found on Miami's and Australia's Beaches.
I took this pic last night and it was a moonless night so this was the best out of 50 shots. Taken on North Pier (entrance to the harbour) and the wind was blowing quite strongly.
