Oh to be sailing on that peaceful sea! It looks like a perfect day for sailing. I love that stucco like texture on the house. Well done Joe!

Great one Joe. Pure luxury i would say. I only wonder what happens to a place like that when a Dennis passes by. Then it maybe is just a little rough i guess. Anyway, let's not think of that, let's think of the joy it brings.

Thanks folks. If you notice Wabe all the windows and doors have outside shutters, so they just close them up, and hope there is not too much of a sea surge:-))
