Description

Drifting off into the world of Frank Miller's highly stylized B/W-masterpieces this image almost completely was rendered in Poser 4. (Yup, I can barely even believe it myself.) The lightning in the back, the car, the rain and the colored handkerchief are products of PS. To achieve this very unique look I played around with some shader nodes in the material room and replaced every single texture with a b/w "toon shader-like-one". (If there is any tool out there with witch you can do that with one click, I would be very very grateful for any advise here. Just IM me.) After that one single infinte light set to 100 % brought this, in my oppinion, very stylized image to life. Rendering times were suprisingly short and so I had much time to play around with the light to get a decent result. If you're interested in the shader node setup check this link: http://www.poserforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=2460 Comments and ratings are welcome ============================================== Thanks for viewing

Hot damn, great job. So evocative! This place ('Rosity) is so cool, you can see so many different approaches to creating images.

Fantastic!! You've captured Miller's style perfectly. Excellent use of P4 and PS.
