I've come to the opinion that you must be the "Master of patience", 140 hours are 900 % more hours than I would accept ;o) My computer has to finish his work when I had some hours of sleep, a large breakfast for me and my cats, the morning news and a shower! I'm very curious whith what you will come up now! This one is breathtaking in all it's glassy and shiny glory - but I know this "enough is enough" thing very good - sometimes you have to do go over to "something completely different" for getting some new brainfood!

Oh my gosh!!!!(picking jaw up off of keyboard). Wow. After staring at this for a good 10 minutes or more, I've come to the conclusion that this is truly flawless. The depth and reflection alone are utterly brilliant not to mention the color, texture, or lighting. Magnificent job, here. Awesomely beautiful art. VOTE

I knew as soon as I saw the image that it must have taken a LOOOONNNNNGGGGG time to render. But wow...140 hours. damn. I don't have that kind of patience. If it takes more than 8 hours to render, I don't do it. :) In this case I'd say it was worth it. The whole thing looks fabulous. The girl of course looks great, but I'm really drawn to the crystal architechture. Well done. :)

With all this transparency and this light, it is easy to imagine 140 hours of depiction. A big patience is needed to produce one such embellishes with images. There is a work of composition and modelling, but to wait 140 hours on the result without knowing really if he will be for the height, I find it terrible for gristle. It is a magnificent work, my dear friend Bravo! v

First let me say this was worth every second it took to complete it, although I myself would never have the patience. I am of the "Instant Gratification" school of Poser :-) Your dedication is wonderful, too. As for your text, this sounds suspiciously like good bye??? If I am correct, please say it ain't so! What would this place be like without one of it's stars....it wouldn't be as much fun, and I do hope you aren't going to leave us :-( {{{Hugs}}} Love ya Glasshoppa!

Your artwork impresses me so much, David, you are truly a big inspiration, and a big gift to this community! I don't know anybody else who pay so much attention to details that you do, and 140 hout of rendering??? You have the patience like an angel my friend. But, 140 hours or not, the result is so amazing that it must be worth every hour. When I look at this masterpiece of work, and see all the details with the lights and the columns(?) I'm speachless. You have made the columns in the background look like glass, and all the colours of blue in this render is so brilliant, David! Your character has such a great pose and her outfit is simply wonderful with gorgeous details. This is such a beautiful dedication to Laura, I totally agree with you that she is an amazing artist and such a sweet person. And so are really you too David! You bring so much joy and warmth in here, and I really admire both your work and your wonderful personality. I hope from the bottom of my heart that you are staying here, and that what you write about move on isn't about leaving here or stop making beautiful art. I can only say, this is really ART, David, and thank you so much for all the joy you bring to me and a lot of other people in here! ~Many big hugs from Hedda~

Sheesh, and I get upset when it takes me longer than a half an hour to render something! You must have the patience of a saint and the pc from heaven. My machine is down right now, something's wrong with the hard drive. I hope it can be recovered. This is an awesome image and is a fine dedication to an awesome artist, who I've just not started to appreciate. Excellent work!
