Description


Well, this is my first proper attempt at modelling a head. All the textures (diffuse, bump and specular) are created in Paint Shop Pro 7. All comments welcome.

Yes, it is very good. One thing though: he looks a bit too jovial to me, and a backgroung would add some depth to the head, because now it looks a bit flat.

You're coming along nicly Chris! What method did you use to model him? If you want any tips, the only things I'd work on would be the lips and the eyes. The lips seem a bit flat to me, almost as if they were booleaned with a flat surface. The eyes look soul-less, I'm not sure if thats how you wanted em to look for a comical effect, but if not, take a look at this tutorial I found, it just might help you out a bit: http://max3d.3dluvr.com/tutorials/meyes/index.html Keep it up! =DBZ=
