Very interesting point of view. Most of the details have been thought of, except you forgot one tiny little thing, 'patient id' along with the medications and name badge for the nurse.

I like the downward angle you took the photo from, also think the photo as a whole in honesty.... scares the living hell out of me LOL, (but then I do have a thing for redheads). Otherwise great shot really.

I think this is a wonderful image, and definitely an interesting angle! She's a very traditional-looking nurse.
