Description

...well...haven't posted anything in a cpl days...so i thought i'd show you all what i've been up to [as though anyone actually cares]...anyway...here it is...nothin' special...just a lil' ninja...2 days to model, 1 day to weight/rig pose and render...the shoulders need some work...those always seem to get me...aside from that the rig seems pretty sound...maybe i'll throw him into the LW forum challenge if i don't come up with anything better before the deadline...not much else to say...i'll get some wires/sketches and such up as soon as i finalize him a little more...as always thanks for looking and any C&C is greatly appreciated... [on a side note - i just entered that "radiosity is god's gift to 3d artists" phase...so i'm probably going to be wasting a lot of render time with that in my next few posts =\]

I think it's great! Simple-looking, but to me character work is way beyond cool, and impossible. The rigging looks quite successful, keep at it!

looks real cute buddy! only crits are: looking at the second shot, i think your bicep is a bit big..or it's tricep (back of the arm) is very underdeveloped. you might just want to reduce th ebicep since th erest of the characer is pretty lean looking also, you might want to add a little bunching of teh pant leg above teh shin straps? maybe have some drooping in the pant leg when he kickes? either way, looks great.
