Skyterminal 5 is the oldest still functioning landing hover-platform in Vertipolis. It serves for passenger clearance for air and space flights, as landing platform for small to medium air-space crafts and also as transfer station to city transport vehicles like skytrams or hovertaxis. It is equipped with flight control tower, basic luggage and cargo hold with elevator, refueling tanks and automated toilets and food/drink replicators. Skyterminal 5 is maintained at a height of 50-100 m above ground by four heavy duty repulsor generators powered by cold fusion reactor. Crew of two flight dispatchers and three engineers is required for normal work shifts. It can serve up
to 20 long distance flights daily.
