Based on an actual historic home in New Orleans Garden District, this asset supports VUE 6 and above. My intent was to provide a highly detailed front to this home for compositions with figures, children, pets etc enjoying days on the porch or upper deck. Since this provides closeup compositions, I have modeled interior space so one could look into or outward to the porch/deck street view. Each level as two spaces, the main room front to back and a hallway. These spaces also have interior wall lighting fixtures.
This home had really high ceilings so don't be fooled when bringing in furniture. In fact, you may want to resize the model if you start adding figures. This is a beautiful home and I have two gallery images to show off what might be done.
Technical
It is a highly detailed model, 2,148,674 polygons including 17 ferns 2 flowers arrangements and 9 bushes. The gate and front doors open.I have provided 3 Bentwood Rockers, a street light and and extended street sidewalk curb, all of which can be eliminated where not necessary to the users POV. While I can't imagine not wanting to keep the ferns, the other provided plants can be replaced or deleted as the user desires.
Overall 22 lights provided in the model. Modeled in Modo 9.02 and created in VUE INF 6, I have found that the bump map values I have used, 0.01 seem to change when opened in newer versions of VUE. These renders were all done in VUE INF 2015 and I found that it changes these values to 0.45 which I find too excessive.
