A Grain Mill fed by a small damed lake, this is a high, 1.4M poly model comprising 42 objects that allow you to create a number of compositions on how it fits and uses a water source. While I show all the components as a Mill being feed from a sluice running water from above with the Mill itself located next to a lake with docks allowing boats to carry off the grain, the terrain, dam, sluice etc can all be removed.
The main Mill can be located in a Vally stream with water flowing under the wheel. Or being fed by the sluice from a street above. Create your own terrain, the Mill could be accessed by a dirt road, the Mill deep within a forest valley stream.
While I have not modeled an interior and thus do not have the doors swing, The model is covered with a number of open and closed barrels, tables, stools, creates, grain bags, lumber, a hammock, ropes and flat bottom boats that can be positioned as you desire, duplicated or deleted.
As I made renders I often found that the weather vane would look better if rotated slightly to fit the POV. So it is an individual item also to be moved or give it a rotation point and change with your own POV when rendering...you may also want to tilt it over from wind damage if you like.
A fellow modeler, Mark Lawson who many from the Vue community know is currently finishing up a waterfall product for Vue and has this model to show what will be possible with his asset.
Finally, While in the past I have provided Poser or DAZ versions of some of my models, I have decided to fill the needs of those users as well as others who contact me with a obj/fbx version in a week or so.
