Billboard Roating and Hovering Version 1 from Tiger 9166So far I've done Underground (Think Massives!), I've done On the Ground (Scaffolds,Tradeshows and much much more!) and I even adventured into the air (Weapons Pack) BUT,I NEVER got the connection ... so Tunnels and Plumbing and Wiring are cool BUT I wondered what could be COOLER?

How about a TRIPLE PANEL ROTATING BILLBOARD! AND, how about, for REALLY cool SKY TRAFFIC, it could HOVER?!
