"S..s..s..orry Sir" the recruit replied, shaking in his boots. 'Guardian Bots are only used in highly sensitive locations... I wonder what's going on ... All that digging, all those steel beams...'
The new recuit's thoughs were cut short with a loud, "About face... Double time otta here recruit!"He hastened down the dark tunnel away from the lights that had drawn him like a moth, back to his upper deck barricks.
But he was still wondering, "What are they up to?" Funny, everytime I finish a model set for you, I kind of wonder the same thing ... So there I was after the SkyRail Sets were up here on CP ... But I was having a nagging suspicion that there was something missing. I thought about Topside and how challenging a set it was to make and I even had a dragonish thought about how the surface could connect to a Massive deep underground. About then the bright light appeared and I walked down to where that new recruit had gone, walked by the guard waving a digital passport to everywhere I happened to have. I walked abou a hald mile further and I was suddenly very happy the lights were on! There on the floor was a stenciled Danger Entering Vertical Shaft and Lift Zone... LIFT ZONE? ... Stepping closer I saw another Warning about Lifts in motion. If the lights had been out, I might have tumbled to my digital death into the abyss in front of me!
Yes, Massive was going Vertical! As I peered down I saw multiple levels below me... WOW! I was impressed! I hope you will enjoy creating your own Topside to Underground complexes, riding you Lift Platforms ... I almost forgot to mention when I looked at the SkyRails above I saw a section that could retract to allow a Massive Vertical Lift to pass by only interupting traffic for a minute or two.
