Note: This product was completely updated in March 2022 to include a new file structure with native versions for both Daz Studio and Poser. This re-release includes 20 additional birds that were not in the previous version. Each bird is presented as a ready to render character with 3DL and Iray presets for DAZ Studio, and Firefly and Superfly presets for Poser.

Hawai'i has many of the most unique and usual bird species on the planet. Over half of the known bird species on Hawai'i evolved from the finch. Of the 71 known species of endemic Hawaiian bird, one-third are extinct and two-thirds of the remaining living species are endangered or threatened. This collection has more than two-thirds of the known species to inhabit Hawai'i (43 species, 62 birds in all).

The following birds and more are included in this set: The incredible extinct honeycreepers such as the Hawai'i mamo who's feathers adorn the cape of the great Hawaiian King, Kamehameha and the richly colored kakawahie. The Hawaiian Goose, the Nene and the iwa (Great Frigatebird) that are perfect for coastal images. And the elusive woodpecker-like 'akiapola'au and vibrant scarlet 'i'iwi are awaiting a limb to perch on in your images set deep in the interior rain forest.
