Lisa's Botanicals presents a plant native to the Cape of Good Hope, South Africa, which has become a gardening favorite the world over. The perennial African Lily (Agapanthus umbellatus, also known as Lily-of-the-Nile) is suited to your warmer 3D climates and can be planted individually or in groups, in pots, borders or near streams. It grows to 2 or 3 feet, but with proper sunlight and care it can achieve towering heights of 6 feet!
