These textures use a nicely blended storm color palette in magentas and cloudy sky blues, with a minimal hint of reddish purple to blue undertones that can be used to create a highly detailed style in your renders. They look fabulous paired with Dark Embrace and Gothic texture sets.

Included are three new tulip textures, one stamen texture, two leaf textures, and a parrot-fanged tulip variety petal shape transmap, along with bump, displacement, & specular mapping created from high quality photo materials. Presets are included for DAZ Studio Iray & 3DL, and Poser Superfly (requires Poser 11+) & Firefly render engines.

Poser Users - if some strange shadows appear on the petals using some lights, dial down the bump setting to zero, or unplug the bump map. This should correct the issue.

There are three arrangements of leaves and stems for the models in the tulip set, and I have provided material settings for each of the three types.

The inner leaf and stem materials should be applied to tulip models 02, 03, and 04, the leaves and stem materials should be applied to models 01, 05, 06, 07 and 08, and the leaves only materials should be applied to LB_TulipLeaves01 and LB_TulipLeaves02 models. Petal materials with DF in the name should be used with model 06, the double flower buds.

If the flowers have dark centers, try tilting the prop slightly towards the light source.

DAZ Studio Users - The leaf materials and flower materials will load fine on all three model types: inner leaf and stem, inner and outer leaves and stems, or leaves only. Just click the icons to apply the materials.
