This set includes all 9 species of Lovebirds, plus dimorphic pairs and all the subspecies.
A lovebird is the common name of Agapornis, a small genus of parrot. Nine species are native to Africa.
Social and affectionate, the name Lovebirds comes from the parrots' strong, monogamous pair bonding and the long periods which paired birds spend sitting together. Lovebirds live in small flocks and eat fruit, vegetables, grasses, and seeds. Some species are kept as pets, and several colored mutations have been selectively bred in aviculture. The average lifespan is 20 to 30 years.
There are two versions of this set for native support in Poser and DAZ Studio. Materials have been tuned to support Iray, 3Delight, Superfly and Firefly renderers.
