About three centuries ago the sirens' deafening warning had awakened mankind to a new reality. Life changed forever. It had now been over a century since the last inhabitant had come into the Dome from the outside. In the centuries before that day simple viruses had spread into what became a seemingly endless series of pandemics. Each was met and eventually defeated. But the last warning that had come was one that was far worse. Prions had now mutated to infect humans and other both warm and cold blooded animals. They wreaked havoc on almost every living creature even those in the world's oceans. Few were safe from this highly adaptive rapidly mutating protein strand.
The original domes mankind constructed to protect those who escaped the prion were very small compared to what they had now become. As one would expect, the humans and animals that survived multiplied. To make more space for people, at first the domes were combined using unique laser tunneling. These grew into massive complexes that, as is human nature, led to division and in some cases into all out sectional, race and class wars. But as time went by a new plan was laid out and a new city complex design was created by Lars Geeble-Harlington. He envisioned sealed domed mega-cities, each with only a single massive air lock portal at its apex of the dome. There would be no more Tunnel Wars. Nor would there be accidental Prion infections finding their way into the dome. Now safe generations had now been born to live within the Geeble City Walls.
Engineers did their best to make the City Walls comfortable to the eyes of the beholders. Of course, some citizens didn't like the way the projected skys and varied lighting worked to give mankind an acceptable cycle of day and night. But in fact, the artificial daylight and cyclic lighting even gave the city's inhabitants the right amount of artificial sunlight during the cycles to tan. The dome itself was even rotated to simulate the movement of the clouds and starlight at night. All in all as it was safe and livable, let alone the only safe place to live. Outside the Greeble walled cities was only desolation and death.
Of course there had to be a way to enter and leave the domes. One of the most remarkable of engineering marvels of Geeble Walled Cities were their massive portals. They not only had huge inner and outer six hinged triangular sealing doors, but the lower airlock's six doors could be raised and lowered as necessary to allow access for the largest craft. Of course, everything entering the dome had to be cleaned and sterilized in a city's airlock before they were cleared to drop down into the city below to unload.
This model also features a tall Control Tower. Keeping order in such a huge cites takes many sets of eyes and sensors. Is Big Brother watching?
Also included is the Geeble Metal Plate ... Nice to resize as necessary to cover empty spaces or holes!

I wish to thank Stonemason for his Greeble products that with a little emmissive Shader magic in DAZ 3D made for a wonderful city and streets to place "under the AtoZ City Walls Dome". I also wish to state clearly, like Greeble products, my Geeble products are not designed for extreme close-ups. However, I did make this simple set as camera friendly as possible.

HINT:
I suggest that you use what I would call the "A2Z-EZ" method and just go to Figures>TJM>Geeble City Walls> where you can load Geeble City as complete, Dome and All!
And Yes! That is a wide two lane road at the top of the wall that runs all the way around the entire perimeter. (see the promo pics)

If you add this A2Z Geeble product to your libraries, may I thank you in advance.
