This is a perfect gown for all your Halloween witches, vampires and mysterious women, whether they are wandering the moors, haunting empty castles, or just looking lovely in a fantasy setting.
By the way, there are *two* versions of the vintage owls--one with glowing eyes in the fabric (startling in low light!) and the same texture with the owls on ordinary fabric.
