AtoZ SciFi Loading Dock and Warehouse I v1

The Mildiva Mining Conglomerate is a truly massive corporation. It doesn't just span systems, it spans systems at a galactic scale. Remote systems with active mining operations used to be controlled by small companies. So over time these were absorbed by corporations and eventually were taken over by Mildiva. Ruthless outlaws who originally stole from smaller enterprises were now protected by the Mildiva Security Section. They were not group to take lightly. Mildiva took over almost every mine and gave people good jobs at fairly good wages, but everything was controlled by Mildiva. Even the small settlements were governed by Mildiva but this also meant that even small colonies had Mildiva Warehouses. Mildiva Cargo Skiffs moved goods to small world colonies. Things though over priced were at least available. The warehouses offered jobs for quite a few people but Mildiva was constantly trying to figure out how automation could replace these employees.
So, as are included in this AtoZ offering, Pallet Robots were the next big thing. These were robots that could stack heavy pallets the highest shelves of the included Pallet Racks. These Robots, once assembled couldn't leave the building because they were so tall. So there were also Loading Dock Warehouse Robots that could leave the buildings and accept pallets from their impressively tall co-worker robots.
The included Pallet Racks are provided as both (very) high polygon count props with low resolution (std colors) and as low polygon count low color resolution formats. You can even use the high resolution multi-piece figures to set your pallet racks at different heights as they are individual props parented to a null object!
All seven doors open and close, including the five warehouse high access ones and the two smaller "office" doors. Even these two door's door knobs turn!
Included are the Articulated Building (3K and 4K exterior/interior graphics), Interior Static Ceiling Fans, Lights HVAC and Smart Preloads plus Exterior Light and five light Preloads. External Stairs to roof and 2 side staircases up to Loading Dock. Two Articulated Pallet Robots (with Smart Prop Power Units). And, Hi and Lo Res Pallet Racks, pieces and parts and preloads.
Bonus Asphalt "ground" with Parking Lines (with six poses for different building placement)
