Bayview Cottage sits on the water in the bay, reached by a long wharf from a rocky shore surrounding the Bay. This is a large set which includes a base scene of house, rocky bay and water, a wharf and a floating dock along with additional props of lights, solar panels, satellite dish, woodstove, ladder, Adirondack chair and lounging chair. In addition there are 7 scene subsets consisting of props for various rooms: Kitchen, Island, Dining Room, Living Room, Bathroom and 2 Bedrooms; which can be loaded separately as needed. There are approximately 150 individual props included in the total package. The included ground has 4 material zones which will give the user some options if using an instancing software such as UltraScatter to add grass and trees for example.
