This is a City Block not too far in the future and it comes with shops, apartments, offices, red light areas and a sports stadium. The Stadium is the epic center that hosts the ShredderBall Games.

Most of the interiors are furnished and ready to render as is and I have left some empty so that you can add your own creativity if desired. There is plenty to see so just load it and you are ready to explore.

I have provided a Future Tuk Tuk to transport you and your friends around the city block. I have also included a Shredderball (Spiked ball) for the games.
