This package contains 8 photos of various flooded spots from at least two different floods in my local, rural, area.
This is deep water in places where deep water isn't supposed to be. It's dangerous. You never know if the road under that flood is still there, or how far down it is. You don't know how fast the water is. And it can carry fairly heavy things off. I've seen trees uprooted. I've seen houses float past. I've seen rocks a foot across *floating* in a fast creek flood a fraction of the size of the rivers shown. Ain't NO way you could pay me enough to walk into flooding river or drive through it.
