Included are a number of morphs to fit popular characters and a sim floor that you can make visible for convenience--it gives you a flat surface for the top to collide with if you are doing floor poses, and can be used with any dForce clothing!
A longer Time Line Sim may be necessary if you feel the body suit isn't as smooth as it should be. Not all poses and body shapes are suited for dynamics, but you can generally get good results with a one frame sim.
