This is a typical industrial environment that can be used for both modern or futuristic themes. There is several buildings that can be moved and placed as you see fit. There are a couple of extra items like bins, scaffolding, fence and machinery that can be used also. I have provided Instances of most the objects so that it has minimal impact on computer resources.

High level detail enables you to render both close and distant views. Lighting is included and can be changed through the surfaces TAB. Most of the buildings come with doors that can open and close.
