8 new shiny textures for Rhiannon's Phoebe Set, consisting of matching patterns for the Top and Skirt, for a total of 16 mats-- plus a bonus pink solid panty to go under the Fantastic Plastic mats, since the skirt is sheer.

The skirt is so much fun--it's d-force, but most of the time you don't have to sim it. The top actually needs a bit of simming to fit larger or very small busted women, so you can sometimes load and sim the top, and then just apply the skirt to keep it's delightful pre-sim poofy shape. The skirt is happiest with calf-height or lower shoes, but if you want to use the Calista or other tall boots, hide them before running any simulations.
