This is the second of three sets of detailed models for an Ancient Persian City Harbor. These models are additions to the Ancient Persian City kitbash Groups available here on Renderosity.
This second set of models centers on the ships under full sail. These are not necessary to the Harbor, but they expand the possibilities for scene-making. The ships are detailed and in high resolution – large enough in file size to require their own packaging. They can be used on their own, not really requiring the Harbor models to serve as a backdrop. An optional bow wave and an optional stern wake water effect are included for use with the ships.
In addition to the ships under sail, three pieces of terrain in this second set can portray the far side of the river the Harbor sits on. The terrain pieces can be arranged in various ways, but the center set includes many small buildings that represent continuation of the Ancient Persian city on the opposite side of the river.
Finally, there are three additional buildings for the waterfront. These are the Shipwright’s Building - full of small individual objects for a boat repair and construction building, a general utility building, and a utility building that can serve as a merchant’s shop.
In the pictures here (two pictures each), you can see the Large Cargo Dhow under sail, the Early Persian Dhow under sail, the mid-sized Cargo Dhow under sail, and the Fast Courier dhow under sail. The optional bow wave and stern water wake are shown. Another picture shows the three background terrains. Finally, the Shipwright's building and its contents are shown, as are Utility Building # 2 and Utility Building #3. The final picture show the reverse side of Utility Building # 2 being used as a merchant shop.
